Nicea's at -14 pounds, after attending the same cream puffy bridal shower as Jana Brookes. Yes, she ate one, too. A cream puff, not a bridal shower.
James in Pink was up against much the same odds last week (broken treadmill but minus the cream puff because he didn't attend the offending bridal shower) and managed to decline to a -27 pounds in total.
Our man Kevin managed to whittle his pounds down another notch for an 18-lb. loss overall and leads the men's point pack with a big 559.
Contending in women's points are Jaime Escalante with 580, Jana Brookes with 561, and Annie with 478.
Way to go losers!

Woo hoo people! Just saw the Dr. Nancy Sniderman diet on the Today show and it is much the same as the Dr. Dean Edell diet:
eat what you want but eat less of it
even cream puffs!

I can't seem to lose weight doing that. Like that time I wanted 12 dozen (144) maple bars but only took one bite out of each of them. I still gained weight.

This pretty much made me bust up!! I thought for sure I was a gonner with the cream puff, and Joe Vera's, but so far so good. James got the part for the treadmill today, so hopefully we'll be up and sort of running tonight. The wii fit, really was a pretty good alternative for a few nights. It can give you a nice workout.

And I do have to say that I saw Nicea on saturday, and she looks AWESOME!!! I may have lost more so far, but I'll still trade you!

I was glad to see your email post! Ha ha it was pretty hot yesterday here but every other day in the last two weeks has been very mild in the 70s and actually quite overcast. They were in a drought but that drought is over now I think with a lot of rain last week! I'm not going to lie though, even though it felt like 100 with the humidity yesterday I LOVED it. Those Utah weathers do not suit me well! I'm saying bring on that TX heat!
That's fun that Duncan is staying with you! I'm sad I'm missing SO many weddings this summer because I'm in TX. Wish I could be there for Duncan's! And I'm missing the family reunion. What a party pooper, eh?
My mom came back to TX only a couple days after my graduation so she is here now. They sold their house already though so she's planning on moving to UT the 28th of June. I'll miss her here! Why can't she just stick by me all the time? Ha ha it will be nice to have them there when I come back though!
